Disabled Access

The school has an Equal Opportunities policy which seeks to prevent any discrimination against any pupil on any grounds. Our recent involvement in a pilot project on disability for the WG has ensured a raised awareness of the issues faced by those with disabilities of any kind and we seek to do all we can to advance this agenda, both in school and in our community.

Ramps have been installed to ensure ease of access to the school buildings. The structure of the school, being built on three floors with connecting stone staircases, poses severe restrictions for those with mobility problems to access the mezzanine level but every effort is made to ensure that children, parents/guardians are not disadvantaged.

Parents /guardians who have mobility difficulties are invited to speak to the Headteacher who can make alternative arrangements whenever required.
